Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Delivery is available worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 2–4 weeks for standard delivery and 3–5 business days for express delivery.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the purchase price and are non-refundable.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

Slight variations in texture, finish, or form are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
